  2. On the official website, click the Download button again.
  3. It will ask you to select drivers and firmware MSI package files for different versions of Windows.
  4. Check all versions you wish to download and click Next.
  5. The browser will start downloading all files you selected.

  3. From the Product drop-down menu, select Surface Laptop.
  4. Enter your Surface Laptop’s serial number into the Serial Number text box.
  5. Click the Continue button to get all available recovery images for your device.
  6. Click the Download image link next to the version you want to download to start downloading.
